Crystal Bracelets, Crystal Kits, Decks, and Online Tarot Readings

    •    Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective crystal bracelet, crystal kit, deck, or other product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will initiate an exchange and send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
   •    Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Online Tarot Readings

    •    Cancellations: You may cancel a tarot reading appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   •    Refunds: Due to the nature of tarot readings, refunds are not available once the reading has been conducted and delivered.
